HP has released details of their new Spectre X2 flagship range of 2in1 devices. 2in1 devices are a hybrid tablet and laptop device, with dual use options offering the best of both worlds in portable usability.
Made from CNC aluminium, the Spectre X2 is an incredible 8mm thin and weighs only 840 grams (slate only) and provides a up to a staggering 10 hours of use.
Included in the box is the award winning backlit Spectre keyboard, with a perfect 1.5mm of travel and a superior trackpad , and is complimented with a speaker grill along the top edge powered by Bang & Olufsen technology.
As the name suggests, Spectre is our flagship in premium PCs and as such the list of features is quite extensive. Of note as a leading new technology is the inclusion of the Intel Realsense 3D camera.
The Spectre X2 is available from late October 2015 starting from a RRP of $1499 and has many configuration and options including Microsoft Windows 10 Pro.

The strong 3.5 mm stainless steel kickstand can be adjusted up to 150 degrees. The rubber foot keeps the screen stable and prevents surface scratches.
The keyboard lays entirely flat or sits at an angle lifting the display.

The SPECTRE x2 has four speakers-two on the tablet and two on the keyboard.
