Country Business Mums’ presents Lunch with Tracy – Friday 23rd August

NAR Design's Country Business Mums' Lunch with TracyNAR Design’s Country Business Mums is getting into the spirit of SALA (South Australian Living Artists Festival) by enjoying a day with Tracy Vandepeer from Venturas Visions Studio & Gallery in Auburn.

Tracy will take us on a tour of her gallery and the SALA exhibition and will discuss the importance of being creative in your life whether it be in an artistic way, doing the gardening or even writing a well-worded email.

To show how simple it can be Tracy will also create some artworks so we can see the magic happen.

We will also get to hear Tracy’s personal story of being a Country Business Mum and living with a disability.

This will be followed by networking and a delicious gourmet pub lunch with a glass of bubbles (or softdrink) on arrival at The Rising Sun Hotel, Auburn – recent winner of the Best Country Bistro award.

Friday 23rd August 2013 from 10am at Venturas Visions Studio & Gallery followed by lunch at The Rising Sun, Auburn ONLY $39.

NBN Roadshow coming to Clare 30th July

NBNRoadshow at ClareThe NBN (National Broadband Network) is a nation building project to provide a superfast broadband connection to all premises in Australia at an equitable cost.

When complete, 93% of Australian premises will have an optical fibre connection that allows a range of speeds and plans into the foreseeable future. The remaining 7% will connect via either fixed wireless or satellite but all users will have access to the same ongoing costs and plans.

There are great benefits to the nation to provide such a wholesale solution. Locally, the Clare region will see a vast improvement in both access costs and connection speed leading to benefits for business, education, health, agriculture and more.

NAR Design provides a range of services that will be impacted by the NBN and would like to help promote information on the rollout to our community.
The NBN Roadshow will be in Clare on the 30th of July 2013 at the Clare Sports Centre providing information and answering questions on the NBN and the rollout. You can register here.

Narelle Fleming to speak at NAR Design's Country Business Mums' First Birthday EventNarelle Fleming is a dynamic and creative woman who is passionate about helping people who are truly committed to real and sustainable growth and development.

Narelle understands the challenges of operating a business in regional areas and balancing family and work life. Before moving to Clare in 2011, Narelle, her husband and 3 teenage boys lived in Mossman in Far North Queensland, where she helped to develop and operate a successful computer consulting and training business with her husband, Scott.

Narelle’s focus and energy then moved to working with youth in the community and schools where she pioneered the local youth group and worked as the school pastoral care provider. She developed and facilitated many high energy life skills programs and workshops for the youth as well as provided support to families.

Today, Narelle offers a wide range of programs and services – from individual coaching, to dynamic seminars and creative workshops for individuals and business teams. As a certified Professional Success Coach, Narelle brings her experience, insight and understanding, to work with all the aspects of a person; their beliefs, emotions, abilities and confidence to help people explore their true potential and create positive results.
