Please note that remote access must be prearranged via email, phone or text message. Remote access works best with a high speed internet connection.

Remote access allows us to connect to and have full control over your computer so that we can work with you to resolve your issue. Please DO NOT accept remote connections from third parties as there are many scammers infecting computers with malware via this approach. If in doubt please contact us for advice.

While using remote access support, NAR Design may work with you via chat or phone to resolve your problem and ensure satisfaction.

Some processes require onsite attendance to resolve and may incur a travel cost. NAR Design predominantly services businesses in the Clare Valley, travelling onsite from Auburn to Yacka and Black Springs to Snowtown with remote access clients across Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and New Zealand.

All types of support provided are charged at our hourly rate with a minimum charge of 15 minutes for remote and phone support.
